It doesn't take a genius to figure this one out. Russia's Putin told China's Xi that Putin knows that China intentionally unleashed a virological weapon on the world. Don't try to dispute it. So what is Russia going to do in response, nuke China? No, instead Putin wants China to do nothing, as Putin claws back as much of the old Soviet Union for Russia as Putin can get his hands on. Putin is never going to find a weaker US President than Biden. This is Putin's golden opportunity.
