Myanmar Junta Snubs Pro-Regime Armed Groups’ Call for Peace Talks

It is good that people want to meet, but the mechanics of it can get quite messy. Organizationally, the usual strategy would be to have the NCA people designate a small group of their members speak for them all. If they haven't done so already, have the individual organizations declare their positions on the various issues, and provide this to the delegation that meets with the government. This would give their representatives some authority to do useful negotiations.

Does Yawd Serk want to get into national politics? He would be the natural leader for this NCA group.
