I will ignore the fact that the American Deep State was apparently testing out virological weapons on its own people, similar to the French napalming its own citizens in Royan near the end of WW II. (They consistently missed hitting the Germans, who would have surrendered if anyone asked them. This was the first combat use of napalm.)
Joe Biden pre-emptively pardoned Fauci for being held accountable for lying to Congress about Covid-19. Since Fauci can no longer be excused for not being forced to testify against himself, per the 5th amendment, perhaps Senator Paul could have Fauci testify again, to try to get the truth out of him.
