Younger generations and foreigners may not understand what we have here. In the late 1980s, 86ing someone was common slang. It's an action verb. The 86 refers to the year 1986. By 1987, and the years immediately after, to 86 something was to categorize it as something of past history. If you were an office clerk, this would mean to file it away in last year's file. But the term referred to more than just filing. It meant to consider something obsolete. But note that this is a verb; it's actionable. Everyone in America knew what it meant at the time.
And Trump is the 47th President, often referred to as 47.
In the last days of WW II Hitler was trying desperately to win the war. Joseph Goebbels, his propaganda minister, continuously publicized a "national redoubt". The Army was to dig its heels in to the south, in Austria. Being mountainous territory, it's easier to defend. But Germany was supposed to lay in stashes of food and war supplies to back the fighting. Germany didn't have such supplies, but it got the Germans retreating to the south, with the Allies chasing them.
Even later in the war, Goebbels came up with the concept of werewolves. Acknowledging a developing full military defeat, Goebbels popularized a guerrilla force to fight the conquering Allies. Though militarily defeated, there were still many willing to fight. They were effective for a few weeks, at best as strong as the French resistance fighters. The werewolves didn't have a central organization, exhausted their fighting ability, and finally disbanded.
If Comey had any remaining authority in the Deep State, he would have privately authorized Trump's murder. Instead, his posted communication is a Nazi werewolf sort of moment. He's calling Trump a target to be killed.
