I have found that, by far, the biggest liars are those that claim opposing viewpoints are "disinformation".
The Tatmadaw is trying to win a war, not kill civilians. I have seen photos of what is claimed to be NUG affiliated people manufacturing armaments in what are obviously school buildings. If the Tatmadaw were to bomb such a site, I would deem it to be a legitimate military target. If NUG doesn't want to see its school children killed, it should make extra effort to separate its military from its civilians. Failure to do so places any resulting casualties squarely at the fault of NUG.
This is a matter of who do you want to believe. It ain't NUG.
