Canadian wildfire smoke ignites cross-border feud over Ottawa's 'willful negligence'

In the US, I'm breathing in the smoke from unmanaged Canadian wildfires.

Progress. Canadian committees decided that something could be done to  prevent and fight forest fires. Now they need to form a national agency tasked with doing just that. But blaming it all on Climate Change seems to eliminate their need to be active in this.

Canada is following the lead set by California governor Nero Newsom in pronouncing that climate change, particularly Trump, is responsible, and that, therefore, nothing needs to be done. Instead of California harvesting its rainfall, by building rainfall storage structures, Newson wants to keep his title of "Guardian of the Eternal Flame".

This displays Trump's logic for wanting to annex Greenland. If Trump annexed Canada, he could implement forest management policies, rather than having those responsible for them sitting on their asses.
