This story ignores something. Iran can't just reach out of the sky and grab replacement parts and supplies. They have finite resources. As these get consumed rebuilding that which was bombed, they have to make more replacement parts and supplies. As the US bombs their industrial base, the replenishment of these will slow to a trickle. It takes a while, but it will happen.
